Recap_2023, What a year once again for the 23rd year of My life—the single biggest year of personal and professional growth that I´ve experienced. I'm going to recap this year looking through my daily life journals looking through my photos with an attempt to take everything that happened and package it up for My Future Self so in one year 2 years 5 years 10 years, and 50 years when I look back on 2023 I can look and say this is what happened and this is what I learned but I also want to distil all my mistakes and failures and things I tried things that are working well for me so I appreciate everyone's that directly or indirectly pushed me towards building progress throughout ups and down this year . As I am making overall structure of it like going to start my review I just make a big long list of everything that happened and try to summarize my year in bullet points and then from there I'm going to dive into the lessons and realizations I had across health wealth relationships business hobbies, etc., and that will be the full aim of it. That's how things are going to go I'm going to keep it raw I'm just kind of jamming on this stuff, so without further ado, let's dive into 2023.

  • I made my health first priority to gain strength for my physical strength.

  • Learn valuable lesson from my previous start-up and join ambitious person team led by Arvind Jha Sir to building Mithila stack.

  • I build a strong, passionate dev team.

  • I averaged 18,000 steps a day

  • I built our workspace office

  • I get a stable package to be optimistic, not excited

  • I started seeing a full-filling dream,

  • I am figuring and manifesting into my first relationship in coming years

  • I took more than 20 solo trains, visiting six cities across states in India

  • Government Job Dilemma: confused about joining

  • Leadership Learning Curve: learning to manage and run a active team

  • Finally, I developing a pure, financially abundant mind-set

So now I'm going to do a little bit of a mini Deep dive on each one of those I could make. First one is my Physical Physique that is pretty roller coaster so if you put a side by side of myself during this time last year and last year's 2022 I look a little bit weak 77 to 62 kg which sounds like a big drop Until you realize I used to be more than 80 kg two years ago so I went from 80 got all the way down to 62 and then I spent the last year rebuilding my strength and my general health looking to get bigger because I wanted to kind of wipe the slate and then rebuild from there so a couple things that happened on the health and fitness front this year I stopped running so at this time last year I was running 2 to 3 km a day and I didn't like the way that was manifesting my body composition I don't hold a lot of muscle mass because it's hard to strength train and recover enough to build muscle so I stopped running this year and instead join gym and focused on strengthening muscle I'm just going to get bigger all year I'm going to try to add half a kg a week which I basically went from 62 to 69 kg in a straight line very slowly and linearly I include raw protein source to ate the same thing most days eggs and milk in the morning and basic veg, pulses and rice for lunch steak and wheat bread veg dinner basically repeated that as long as I could throughout the year I didn't stick to that it’s also improvising day by day.

In 2023 I discontinue my start-up in healthcare so if you put a side by side of myself during this time last year I started with three person team to build bookmedoctor and I look a little bit depressed and its realisation make to discontinue it. Learning from these past experience made me join and continue my journey with ambitious person Arvind Jha Sir Founding Mithila stack and its team of seven enthused passionate young minded people. I went from about knowing and understanding business process and thoroughly learning and have plan to launch various product in coming days and make Mithila-stack bigger and bigger

Made my dream team of strong passionate dev team from pass out to final year mostly form this region and eager to build solutions for masses and manifesting to go beyond comfortable zone . I am naming name and their skills towards buildings

I averaged 18,000 steps a day not so much effort for me it’s usual for me from last 2-3 years I used to this activity while workouts to go University place and come walking during evening time sometimes it’s not taking effort that much when I see her . Its obvious become my daily habit my discipline lifestyle made me take care of this habit.

I built our workspace office its taken my lots of effort towards putting me in such scenarios of choosing things through decisions I am obliged to be in such situations where these things goes beyond my dream I made working space for our team at Ajamnagar, darbhanga near my room also it tiny, pretty and fine for us as its near to all our teammates. I have very strong perception of not understanding situations around expanding human behavioural things. It’s quite unusual things that I want to change. Sometimes I thinking too much and losing my productive time into it that can easily compensate for those things. I have to go beyond these scenarios either be there to listen instincts.

Get a reasonable package that gives me reason to be optimistic about that I was supposed to not in the coming year, though it’s my efforts to go beyond things that are like not for me, although I am taking too much time to execute it. But I also consider my luck around it I never assume to be in a scenario where I am not considering too much of it in my journey.

I have started fulfilling my dreams by pursuing my passion and making a positive impact on my daily life.

I have also been working on myself and developing compassionate feelings towards my life journey. I am currently talking, knowing, and understanding prospective sync with me. with whom I hope to be connected in the coming time.

One of the most exciting experiences I had was travelling across India by train. I visited 10 cities and five states, exploring different cultures, cuisines, and landscapes. I learned a lot from the people I met and the places I saw. I also enjoyed the thrill of adventure and the freedom of movement in solitude.

One of the most exciting experiences I had was travelling and visiting five cities across states in India by train. Here is the list of cities I travelled this year, starting from Ratlam, Mumbai two times, Bhopal*SSB*, Ahmedabad, and Bhavnagar. Although it was not my main objective, I became part of it by exploring different cultures, cuisines, and landscapes. I learned a lot from the people I met and the places I saw. I also enjoyed the thrill of adventure and the freedom of travelling alone, but every journey made me two friends.

Another milestone for me was getting my first government job. It was a competitive and rigorous process, but I managed to get it. However, I am also confused about joining, as I have other options and interests. I am still weighing the pros and cons of each opportunity and seeking guidance from mentors and peers.

Additionally, I am learning how to manage and run a team. This was a valuable skill that I acquiring through my own experiences and learnings through daily life, practice, and feedback. I am improving my communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities. I also learning how to motivate, coach, and lead a team of people

Finally, I am hoping to develop a pure, financially abundant mindset. I shifted my perspective from scarcity to abundance, from fear to faith, from lack to gratitude. I realized that money is a tool and a resource, not a goal or a source of happiness. I learned how to manage my finances, invest wisely, and create multiple streams through peace of mind.

As I reflect on the 23rd year of my life, 2023 stands out as a monumental period encapsulating the myriad experiences, lessons, and aspirations for my future self. In essence, 2023 was a mosaic of challenges, triumphs, and self-discovery. As I encapsulate these experiences, I look forward to the continual evolution of my journey in the years to come.
